1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of QuickAdmin's website, services, and products ("Services"). QuickAdmin ("we", "us", "our", or "Company") is registered in the Republic of South Africa and provides administrative and marketing support services to small businesses and entrepreneurs.
By accessing and using QuickAdmin's Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you may not use our Services. These Terms comply with the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (Act No. 68 of 2008) and the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (Act No. 4 of 2013) ("POPIA"), which governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with South African law.
2. Definitions
- User/Client: Any person or business entity using QuickAdmin Services
- Services: Invoicing, quotes, Canva ads, website creation, and related administrative services
- Intellectual Property: All content, designs, and materials created by QuickAdmin
- Personal Information: Any data relating to an identified or identifiable natural person
- Platform: QuickAdmin's website and any connected digital infrastructure
3. Use of Services
3.1 Eligibility
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental/guardian consent, and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under South African law.
3.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or illegal activity
- Violate any applicable South African or international laws and regulations
- Infringe on any intellectual property rights of QuickAdmin or third parties
- Harass, abuse, or threaten any person or entity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems
- Transmit viruses, malware, or any code of destructive nature
- Engage in spam, phishing, or other fraudulent activities
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable, in accordance with the Value-Added Tax Act, 1991. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' written notice.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as communicated. Payment must be received before services commence, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.3 Invoicing
Invoices are issued upon commencement of services. All invoices must be paid within 30 days unless a different arrangement has been agreed. Late payment may incur interest at the rate of 2% per month or the maximum rate permitted under South African law, whichever is lower.
4.4 Refunds
Refunds are offered in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2008. Where services have been rendered, refunds may not be available. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase to discuss refund eligibility.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All designs, content, templates, and materials created by QuickAdmin remain our property or the property of our licensors unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for your business purposes only.
You retain ownership of your brand, business information, and content provided. You grant QuickAdmin a license to use your content solely for delivering the Services and may use anonymized examples for portfolio purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by South African law, QuickAdmin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ZAR 1,000, whichever is greater.
7. Warranties & Disclaimers
QuickAdmin provides Services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. While we strive for quality, we exclude all implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the business relationship by providing 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be settled, and we will deliver final deliverables as per the agreement.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business information shared during the course of our business relationship. This excludes information that is publicly available or independently developed.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including but not limited to the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (Act No. 68 of 2008), the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (Act No. 4 of 2013) ("POPIA"), the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002 (Act No. 25 of 2002), and any other applicable South African legislation. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services.
11. Dispute Resolution
Before pursuing legal action, parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation. If resolution is not achieved within 30 days, disputes may be referred to mediation in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.
12. Changes to Terms
QuickAdmin reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or by posting on the Platform. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

14. Consumer Rights Notice (South Africa)
You have consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (Act No. 68 of 2008). These rights cannot be waived or limited. If you believe QuickAdmin has violated your consumer rights, you may lodge a complaint with the National Consumer Commission or pursue remedies through the South African court system.
